The most UNIQUE dining experience I've had, this one is a special episode that I shot inside hotel Taj Mahal, Delhi and its in their restaurant VARQ, which is known for pioneering contemporary Indian cuisine. A multi course Indian meal, pre plated and absorbed by all senses - is a quick way to describe my experience here. And since this experience was completely new to me, i decided to film it. The entire meal I enjoyed was a five course tasting menu and the price for this exact meal is about Rs.5000 + tax per person. It is not an unlimited meal, but i guess if theres a dish that you really enjoyed and request them to repeat it for you, they might :) All the dishes i tried are also available in their alacarte menu.
